Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Preparation time: 0-1 day (Monday to Friday).

  • Delivery time (Transit): 1-2 days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Total delivery time: 1 to 3 days (Monday to Saturday).

The online sales offers presented on the Site are reserved for consumers residing in France and Belgium or, where applicable, in a Member State of the European Union, and for deliveries within these same geographical areas.

Delivery means the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product.

The Operator offers different delivery or collection methods depending on the nature of the product: Delivery by postal service.

Shipping costs are those specified when the order is finalised and are accepted by validation of the order.

The Operator undertakes, in accordance with the delivery deadline indicated on the Site for each Product, to deliver the Products within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after receipt of the order.

Delivery times are announced in working days on the Site when the order is placed. These times include order preparation and dispatch, as well as the time expected by the carrier. 

The Operator undertakes to dispatch the Products in accordance with the times announced on each Product page and in the cart, provided that payment for the order has not previously been refused.

However, if one or more Products cannot be delivered within the initially announced period, the Operator will send an email informing the Customer of the new delivery date.

The Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. The Customer must ensure that this address is accurate and complete.

If the package is returned to the Operator because of an incomplete or incorrect address, it may be reshipped at the Customer’s expense.

The Customer is invited to check the condition of the Products upon delivery. In the event of visible damage, missing items or non-conformity, the Customer must express precise reservations to the carrier and inform the Operator as soon as possible.

If delivery is delayed, the Customer may contact the Operator at contact@comptoir-du-froid.fr so that the status of the shipment can be checked with the carrier.

In the event of a delivery delay exceeding the announced deadline, the Customer may request cancellation of the sale under the conditions provided by applicable consumer law.
