What are your delivery times?
In order to ensure our promise of Express Delivery (48/72 hours), the overall time includes preparation time and delivery ensured by our carrier. This time generally breaks down like this: orders are shipped within 1 to 2 working days and are generally delivered between 2 to 5 working days (Schengen Area).
Are your prices shown excluding or including VAT?
We serve trade customers, so all prices are shown excluding VAT for clear business accounting. Eligible EU businesses can enter a valid VAT number before payment to be charged the net amount.
What does your slogan “Pro Machines at Factory Prices” mean?
Our model is simple: we are a direct reseller for European manufacturers. By avoiding intermediaries, we can offer you high-end catering equipment at prices that are often cheaper than the manufacturers’ public prices.
What is the warranty on your equipment?
All our new equipment is covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s parts warranty. If a fault appears, we will ask you for a short video for an initial diagnosis. Depending on the diagnosis, we will send you a replacement part free of charge, or schedule with you the return of the complete item for repair or exchange.
Can I change my mind and return the item?
You have 30 days to return your new item to us, from receipt of the package at the delivery address. The return is your responsibility and entitles you to a full refund of the order.
