Bonne machine. Conforme à la description. La capacité de 2L est bien pour un service d’appoint.
Salon de Thé –
Très pro. Investissement rentabilisé. Nos clients adorent la chantilly ‘maison’ minute. Le rendu est bien meilleur qu’au siphon.
Le P’tit Bistrot –
Excellent. Nos cafés liégeois et chocolats viennois sont passés au niveau supérieur. Simple d’usage et le nettoyage est rapide.
Distributeur –
Nous l’avons installée dans notre corner café en libre-service. C’est un succès. Très facile d’utilisation pour les clients.
Glacier ‘Le Cornet’ –
Chantilly parfaite. Très bonne machine. Le système de froid Mayntient la crème à la bonne température. Facile à nettoyer, ce qui est crucial.
Café ‘Le Matin’ –
Très bien. Bonne machine. Un peu grande pour notre comptoir (modèle 5L), Mays elle fait une chantilly impeccable. On aurait peut-être dû prendre la 2L.
Boulangerie P. –
Top pour les choux. Utilisée pour garnir nos choux et éclairs. La texture est parfaite. Bien plus rapide et régulier que la poche à douille.
Crêperie ‘Suzette’ –
Un rêve ! Fini les siphons qui se vident en plein service. La chantilly est parfaite, aérée, et le débit est top. Le modèle 5L est idéal pour notre volume.
Gaufres ‘Chez Chouchou’ –
Taille parfaite. La 2L est parfaite pour notre petit stand. Elle ne prend pas de place et on la recharge facilement. La chantilly est délicieuse.
