Professional Blast Chillers & Freezers
The blast chiller is the only equipment capable of moving your dishes through the critical zone for bacterial development (+65°C to +10°C) in record time. Beyond legal obligations (HACCP), it is a profitability tool that allows you to cook in larger quantities, reduce waste, and optimize your organization.
At ChillerHub, we have structured our offerings around two ranges to meet every professional requirement: from Food Trucks to Industrial Caterers.
Buyer's Guide: Which range for your kitchen?
| Criterion | "Standard" Range (Versatility) | "Pro Line" Range (Combisteel) |
|---|---|---|
| Target use | Traditional restaurants, artisanal patisseries, standard services. | Intensive use, caterers, central kitchens, communities. |
| Key advantage | Native mixed compatibility: accepts both GN 1/1 containers and 600x400 trays without an adapter. | Refrigeration power: reinforced motors to maintain pace in hot environments (> 30°C). |
| Construction | Best value for money, robust design. | "Heavy Duty": Entirely made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel (high corrosion resistance). |
| Formats | From compact tabletop (3 levels) to tower (10 levels). | On wheels (easy cleaning) or on fixed feet (stability). |
Technical criteria for making the right choice
Capacity (Levels & Kilograms)
Don't just look at the number of shelves, but the cooling capacity per cycle (indicated in kg).
Example: To cool 40kg of lasagna at once, opt for a 10-level model.
Space and Mobility
Is cleaning a chore? Choose our mobile models on wheels (Standard Range 5 and 10 levels, or Combisteel Mobile). Being able to move the machine with one hand to clean the back wall is a considerable advantage during sanitary inspections.
The Special Case "Limited Space": For Food Trucks or cramped kitchens, we offer a Mini Tabletop Cell (GN 2/3 format) which provides the same HACCP performance in a microwave-sized format.
All our cells are delivered with their core probe included for precise control of your chilling (+3°C) and freezing (-18°C) cycles.
