This range of professional ice machines responds to a specific intention: to prepare and serve soft serve ice cream, also called soft ice or soft serve, in restaurants, snack bars, ice cream parlors, buffets, hotels or seasonal points of sale.
It does not correspond to ice makers, crushers or crushed ice machines: here, the customer need is the frozen dessert served directly from the machine, in a cone, in a pot or as a sundae base.
The version 1 perfume allows you to launch a simple offer with a 6 L hopper and an announced production of 16 L/h. The version 3 flavors suitable for establishments that want to offer several flavors or a mixture, with 2 × 6 L capacity and up to 28 L/h announced production.
