Description
A ventilated negative cabinet in 400 or 800 L to organise more demanding frozen stock.
This range is placed between the simple static cabinet and the large GN 2/1 cabinet. It is suitable for restaurants, caterers, snack counters and laboratories who want a vertical, mobile and more modular negative reserve.
Why choose full door ventilated cooling?
1. To manage more regular openings
Ventilated cold helps keep a more even distribution in a busy cabinet.
2. To modulate the interior
The adjustable grids allow levels to be adapted to stock formats.
3. To keep a sober reserve
The solid door protects rear storage logic without looking for customer presentation.
ChillerHub advice: compare the real need: 400 L for a compact reserve, 800 L for a real storage area. Ventilated cold doesn’t make up for a poorly organised closet.

Points to check before purchase
- Check width, depth and height with delivery accesses.
- Provide storage for families to limit the time the door is open.
- Choose capacity based on rotation and not just price.
- Clean the area regularly using the casters.
Our recommendation: the 400 L is the good compact choice; the 800 L becomes consistent if the negative reserve is used as primary stock.
