This professional range produces crushed ice (also called “Flake Ice”) ideal for two major uses in catering: presentation (buffets, fish displays) and mixology (cocktails). Unlike cube ice, this ice perfectly molds to the shape of glasses or fresh products for immediate and homogeneous contact cooling.

The Expert’s Advice: The choice of cooling (Air vs. Water)
As with cube ice machines, this choice is crucial depending on your location:
• AIR cooling: Ideal for installation under a well-ventilated counter or in a temperate room. It is the most economical choice.
• WATER cooling: Essential for hot kitchens, confined back-bars or regions subject to high heat. It guarantees constant performance even when it’s 35°C in the room.
Production & Storage Capacity
From 30kg for a small cocktail bar to 130kg for a fishmonger or a very high-volume beverage establishment, size your production according to your peak activity. Don’t forget to check the storage capacity (the reserve bin) which determines your true immediate autonomy during a “rush”.
