Traiteur ‘Délices’ –
Bonne cellule. Fait le travail de refroidissement et de surgélation rapide. Un peu bruyante quand le ventilateur tourne à fond, Mays c’est normal pour une cellule.
Le P’tit Gastro –
Efficace et compacte. Nous n’avions pas la place pour une grosse cellule. Celle-ci est parfaite. Facile à utiliser, refroidit les plats en un temps record.
Pâtisserie –
Super. Je l’utilise tous les jours pour mes crèmes et ganaches. Le gain de temps est incroyable. Je recommande.
Chocolaterie –
Petite Mays très précise pour le refroidissement de nos ganaches. Ne prend pas de place.

Indispensable en petite cuisine. Cette petite cellule est géniale. Elle me sauve la vie pour le respect HACCP. Refroidit vite et bien. Le format GN 2/3 est parfait pour mes petits bacs.
