Unlike traditional cabinets, this model goes down to -3°C. You can store your fresh meats as close as possible to freezing point without actually freezing them (Super Chilling). This stops bacterial proliferation dead in its tracks and significantly extends the shelf life of your prime cuts.

Both the interior and exterior are made of high-quality Stainless Steel 304. This is the standard required in laboratories for easy cleaning with a jet spray or powerful disinfection. The 2 full glass doors (Stainless Steel frame) are equipped with locks to secure your stock.
2. “Worktop” Format
With its height of 91 cm and width of 92 cm, it offers a generous volume of 198 Litres while aligning perfectly with your Stainless Steel worktables. The top can also serve as an auxiliary serving surface during your daily preparations.
