This is the decisive technical criterion for your machine’s longevity:
• Air cooling: More economical and ecological. Choose this option if your machine is placed in a well-ventilated area (not against a wall) and where the ambient temperature remains moderate (< 25°C).
• Water cooling: Absolutely essential if the machine is built-in (under a closed bar) or located in a very hot room (kitchen, back-bar without air conditioning). It withstands heatwaves but consumes water to cool the compressor.
Sizing (Storage & Output)
Don’t underestimate your needs. A 24kg machine produces approximately 1kg per hour. If you have a “rush hour” at 7 PM, it’s the storage capacity (the bin) that matters most. Our models offer reserves ranging from 5kg to 60kg to handle your peak periods without ever leaving you dry.
